Operations Manager
Integral Steps is looking for a part-time Operations Manager to work with the existing administrative team, including the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and supervise staff, teachers and interns.
- Update and enforce policies, systems, and procedures.
- Financial reports, reconciliation and budgeting.
- Create and manage relationships with partner organizations, community members and sponsors.
- Technology support and website maintenance.
- Work closely with Executive Directors and teachers on classes and events.
- Manage marketing campaign creation, implementation, and analysis.
- Outgoing, social personality.
- Ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures.
- Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Studying/studied Marketing, Communications or Business.
- 2+ years management experience.
- 50 hours per month on average.
- Largely remote work with flexible hours; occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
Social Media and Marketing Intern
Integral Steps is looking for a creative part-time Social Media and Marketing Intern to work with our Operations Manager. The Social Media and Marketing Intern is responsible for planning social media calendars, creating social media posts and assisting the Operations and Development teams with brainstorming campaigns.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Manage and post on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Assist in the general (physical and online) distribution of press releases and media alerts.
- Provide support to Operations Manager and team at live and online events.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a team and independently without direct supervision.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Gimp, or similar photo-manipulation/graphic design. software.
- Studying/studied Marketing, Communications or Business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally.
- Part-time role. 15 hours per month.
- Often remote work with flexible hours. Occasional weekend and evening responsibilities.
- Opportunity for extended contract after 1-year internship.
