Jacqueline Vann (England) "A Masterclass with Jacqueline Vann"
In this class we will explore groups of two and three, duplets and triplets. They can go together very simply to make unequal beats, and they can be superimposed to make polyrhythms. My hope is that you will take away a musical experience for yourself, and also something you can apply to your own teaching.
Jacqueline Vann graduated from the Institut Jaques-Dalcroze in 1997, since then she has been involved with a full range of UK training, courses and examining as well as world-wide courses and summer schools (Japan, Canada, Denmark, Norway & Australia).
