Sachiko Muranaka is an Associate Professor of the Child Psychology Program at Sapporo International University. She graduated with a B.A. from Kunitachi College of Music in Tokyo. She then obtained her Dalcroze License from the Dalcroze School of Music in New York and Longy School of Music in Boston.
She is a holder of the Dalcroze Diplôme Supérieur, conferred by the Jaques-Dalcroze Institute in Geneva. Ms. Muranaka has been teaching Dalcroze Eurhythmics since 1990 and has given workshops in Japan, Korea, Singapore, USA and multiple international congresses in Geneva. She is the current president of the Jaques-Dalcroze Society of Japan.
